Our History & Leadership

Built on Modern Engineering & Expertise

RCPL was established in 2022 by a young civil engineering professional with a vision to introduce modern construction practices and efficient execution methodologies in the Indian construction industry. The Director completed a degree in Civil Engineering in 2022 and founded RCPL in the same year. To complement technical skills with regulatory expertise, the Director completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Delhi University during 2022-2025, gaining knowledge related to construction law, contract management and labour regulations while growing the company. In 2025, the Director transitioned to fully dedicating his time and efforts towards expanding RCPL into larger and more complex industrial and infrastructure projects.
